Dear friends and members of our community:

You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to make a good queer film.  We say this because we’re in the middle of doing so.  The problem is, we’re queer.  Huh?  That’s right.  You see, we’re not Hollywood, we’re not independently wealthy, and neither are our parents (we asked them anyway).  We’re borrowing, making, and begging, trying to put together enough money to realize an artistic vision.  This month, we started a massive production with only $800 in the bank.  But we were too determined to let that stop us and our amazing, hardworking crew, and over eight long days, we captured beautiful footage that will tell a powerful story.

But to continue and to finish this film, we need you.  Actually, we need your money.  But we like you, too.  (Especially when you give us money.)  Every dollar you spend is like a vote, right?  We are asking you to cast a vote for queer art and film.  Don’t see enough films like you want to see?  We challenge you to put your money where your mouth is.  And below, we’ll tell you where we’ll put our mouths when your money is in (humor is good, even when you’re begging).
